Fix leaking sprinklers, valves, and pipes.

Goldenrain Tree is an attractive, medium-sized tree well suited for parkstrips, patios, and small spaces. Dark green foliage is lacy and delicate looking, turning yellow in the fall. Upright yellow flower clusters bloom in the summer, followed by lantern shapeded seed pods. This dependable tree is attractive all year round, tolerating urban conditions and various soil types. Grows about 25 feet tall and wide.
Prefers full sun and well drained soil. Tolerates alkaline and poor soils. It does produce alot of litter: flower petals, seed pods, leafs, but it is a lovely tree with a long season of interest. It does tend to be low-branched, so don'y place it too close to a driveway or the stree, where tall vehicles and trucks would drive into the branches.
