This is a big campanula, typically growing 3 to 4 feet tall and about half as wide, with an upright habit. Tall stems of bell shaped flowers appear in late summer and bloom for about a month. Use at the back of the perennial border, or mixed in with ornamental grasses for a great, late summer show. Colors range from soft pinks, to blues, and white.
Grow in full sun to part shade, in well drained, loamy garden soil. Manages with very little water when sheltered from mid day sun. Cut back in late winter to early spring, as new growth emerges.
