Water Saving Tip:

Replace turf with groundcovers, trees, and shrubs. If you have areas where no one uses the grass, patches that do not grow well, or a turf area too small to water without runoff, consider replacing the turf with water-efficient landscaping.

'Seafoam' is a textural dream come true, and makes 'Silvermound' look, well, pedestrian. It has an abundance of frothy, curled silver foliage that grows in a compact mound about 8 inches tall and 24 inches wide. It will will occasionally bloom with attractive silver and yellow flower spikes. The perennial is less branched, with individual stems being more distinct, giving it a sort of sea-creature appearance.
