this ginkgo selection has a compact, dense crown, and grows about 45 feet tall and 25 feet wide. The leaves are a fan-shaped and soft green, turning a lovely yellow in the fall. When the leaves do drop, they drop rapidly, forming a golden carpet around the tree. Deciduous. Grows 35 to 50 feet tall and wide, though it will get there slowly. 'Shangri-la' is a male selection and produces no fruit.
