Water Saving Tip:

Replace turf with groundcovers, trees, and shrubs. If you have areas where no one uses the grass, patches that do not grow well, or a turf area too small to water without runoff, consider replacing the turf with water-efficient landscaping.

Joseph's Coat is an old-fashioned favorite with its rich, orange-red buds that open to a spray of golden yellow tapering to pinkish orange-red. A small scale climber, it can to trained to a pillar, post, or trellis, or if pruned hard annually, it can be made to grow more shrub-like. Grows 8 to 10 feet tall and half as wide. Repeat bloomer.
