Water Saving Tip:

Replace turf with groundcovers, trees, and shrubs. If you have areas where no one uses the grass, patches that do not grow well, or a turf area too small to water without runoff, consider replacing the turf with water-efficient landscaping.

Blireana plum is a small, deciduous, flowering tree growing about 20 feet tall and wide. Pink, double flowers appear before leaves emerge. Leaves open purple, maturing to dark green. Habit is rounded, dense, and somewhat twiggy. Its flowers are lovely, but the irregular nature of the tree might make it best suited to a shrub border.
