Water Saving Tip:

Replace turf with groundcovers, trees, and shrubs. If you have areas where no one uses the grass, patches that do not grow well, or a turf area too small to water without runoff, consider replacing the turf with water-efficient landscaping.

A selection of western mockorange, with the same deciduous, upright to rounded habit, growing about 6 to 8 feet tall and 4 to 6 feet wide. Unlike the species, this variety has double-petaled flowers, giving it an exotic look. Flowers are fragrant and appear late May to early June. Foliage is a medium to dull green with yellow fall color. A good addtion to the shrub border.
