Water Saving Tip:

Replace turf with groundcovers, trees, and shrubs. If you have areas where no one uses the grass, patches that do not grow well, or a turf area too small to water without runoff, consider replacing the turf with water-efficient landscaping.

  • Description

  • Notes

This foxglove is a cross between D grandiflora and D purpurea. It grows about 2 to 4 feet tall and wide, with coppery rose flowers in spring. Though a perennial ,it is short-lived (2 to 3 years). If the spent flowers are left, it can go to seed and maintain a stand of plants, as with other foxgloves.
