Another great selection of Saskatoon Serviceberry, 'Smokey' has an abundance of spring flowers followed by edible, juicey blue-purple fruit that ripens in June to July. Leaves are a dullish green, turning a lovely yellow to orange in the fall. Grows about 8 to 10 feet tall and 6 to 8 feet wide, so is a little larger than 'Regent.'
