'Laceleaf' has deeply cut, fern-like foliage, green in the summer months and turning orange to scarlet in the fall. Winter silhouette is very architectural and open, almost like modern sculpture. A fast grower to 10 to 15 feet and as wide, usually as a multi-stemmed shrub. A pannicle forms in summer, with yellowish green flowers that ripen to red, fuzzy fruit. Very attractive in winter.
