Water Saving Tip:

Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.

  • Description

  • Notes

'Aristocrat' is a vigorous and upright flowering pear with a dominant central trunk excellent for lining streets or drives or as a specimen for smaller spaces. Small white flowers are followed by disease-resistant dark green leaves with a unique wavy edge; becomes reddish-purple in fall. Grows about 15 to 30 feet tall and 12 to 16 feet wide.
Grow in well drained soil in full sun. Adaptive to many soil types, including drier soils. Watering can be reduced after establishment. Prune in winter to early spring.
