Water Saving Tip:

Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.

This Colorado spruce cultivar tends to be shorter than the species, growing about 6 to 8 inches per year once established, averaging 10 to 15 feet tall and 6 to 10 feet wide after 20 years. It has blue needles and a dense branching habit. Useful as an accent in the shrub border.
