A perfect sedum for rock gardens and borders, Goldmoss sedum forms a carpet of soft green that becomes completely engulfed with yellow flowers in summer. Foliage turns a beautiful shade of red during cold months. Use among stepping stones, along a garden path, or in a parkstrip. Also nice in containers. Grows about 3 inches tall and spreads about 10 inches wide. It is a little brittle, and so is best with only light foot traffic.

Hypericum calycinum is semi-woody perennial groundcover. It has attractive blue-green foliage that stays evergreen in mild winters, sometimes taking on a purplish hue. It has interesting bright yellow flowers June through September, followed by red berries. It grows 12 to 18 inches tall and 24 inches wide, and spreads by underground runners. Does well in dry shade areas.

Goldenrain Tree is an attractive, medium-sized tree well suited for parkstrips, patios, and small spaces. Dark green foliage is lacy and delicate looking, turning yellow in the fall. Upright yellow flower clusters bloom in the summer, followed by lantern shapeded seed pods. This dependable tree is attractive all year round, tolerating urban conditions and various soil types. Grows about 25 feet tall and wide.

Spartan Columnar Juniper

Botanical name:Juniperus chinensis 'Spartan'

'Spartan' is a very narrow, upright juniper with deep green coloring that holds well in winter months, and grows about 15 feet tall and 3 to 5 feet wide. It is ideal for narrow areas, as a screen, to line drives, or back a formal border. It's branches hold up well to snow-loads.
