  • Notes

This deciduous broom has an irregular, rounded form and grows between 3 and 5 feet tall and wide. It has pale yellow, fragrant, pea-like spring flowers. Small, needle-light foliage is bright green. New wood is bright green and attractive over the winter months. There are many cultivars available with varying sizes and flower color.
Grow in full sun and well drained soil; prefers sandy and gravelly soils. Prune after flowering if necessary.
