Water Saving Tip:

Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.

Grosso has the the darkest blue flower spikes of the French Lavenders. A heavy bloomer, the flowers have a strong lavender fragrance, and coupled with their long stems, they are excellent for arrangements or making lavender wands. Also excellent dried. It is very drought tolerant and is a great plant to create that Mediterranean effect. 30 inches tall by 24 to 30 inches wide.
Lavenders can resent pruning, so use a gentle hand. If pruning is necessary, only prune back 1/3 of new growth. When more growth is evident, prune back to just above new growth. Grow in full sun in well drained soil. Deer and rabbit resistant.
